Playmobil Junior 71684 Shovel Excavator

The movable arm is sturdy enough for my 3-year-old to scoop and dump blocks without it breaking, and the chunky pieces are easy for his little hands to grip.

The movable shovel arm is a huge hit with my little one—he’s spent hours stacking and knocking down the blocks, and the motion feels really smooth for a toy this size. It’s sturdy enough to survive some enthusiastic play, and I love that it keeps him busy without needing any batteries.

My 2-year-old loves stacking the included blocks with the shovel, though the arm can be a bit stiff for small hands to move at first. Once they get the hang of it, it keeps them busy for a good 20 minutes. Solid little set for the price.
