We’ve already done a few of the craft ideas from the list, and my four-year-old loves the “Kindness Jar” activity. It’s a simple, hands-on way to talk about helping others, and the pages are sturdy enough for little hands.

My three-year-old loves flipping through the pages and picking out new craft projects to try. The interactive prompts really get her thinking about kindness in a simple way. We've already made two of the gifts for grandparents.

The arts and crafts ideas are a nice mix of quick and a bit more involved, keeping my preschooler engaged for a good stretch. It's a solid pick for a rainy afternoon, though I wish the pages were a touch sturdier for little hands.
